Ingredients

  • 12 Chicken wings
  • Wright's House pit dust
  • Corn flour
  • Butter
  • Buffalo Sauce
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Garlic Powder
  • Cider Vinegar
  • Blue Cheese Sauce

Instructions

  1. Season wings with our house pit rub and corn flour
  2. Place wings on BBQ, keep turning every few mins and cook 20 - 30 mins in total.
  3. Take a pan and place on medium heat hob.
  4. Melt butter, add garlic powder, chilli flakes, bbq sauce and buffalo sauce
  5. Remove wings when ready and place in a bowl; cover with buffalo sauce and toss.
  6. Serve with a side of blue cheese sauce.
